Yes, as a medical product. Since June 26, 2025, Thailand allows the purchase of cannabis flower only with a PT 33 prescription form, and recreational sale is prohibited. Tourists can get a PT 33 by visiting a licensed clinic with a passport — the process typically takes about 30 minutes. You must be at least 20 years old. (As of August 2026; verify current requirements before you travel.)
